Zhejiang Sanxing Paper Co., Ltd and Jiangsu Fuxing Paper Co. Ltd. have an annual output of white coated board, white coated cardboard and kraft liner board of more than 500000 tons, 2000 workers and total registered capital of more than RMB 350 million. Within these two companies, there are 3 paper production lines,equipped with the international top papermaking and pulping equipment, including pulping and papermaking system provided by the German Ander Rich manufacturer, the QCS system provided by USA Honey Well Company, the threading Machine provided by Korea Daesung Corporation and the reminder provided by Finland PMT Company, the calender provided by British Voith Company and so on. All the machines are full automatically controlled by updated DCS computer System. For inheritance of Chinese paper culture and upholding of the contemporary design concepts, Fuyang Huaxin Packing Material Co., Ltd is newly established within the group in 2006, which is a scientific and technological enterprise engaging in design, development, production and sales of specialty paper products and is located in Fuyang City of Liao Qiao Industrial Zone. The company uses a large number of local white cardboard products, via development of the external coating raw material,equipment and technology innovation, production process optimization and product design in order to promote one package of deep processing of common white board, kraft liner cardboard as well as to meet the requirements of high-end consumer groups for escalating packaging grades,which has become the direction of product development. After three years of hard exploration, the company has successfully developed a environmental-friendly nano coated pigment of machine exterior, a low-temperature and high-speed molding assembly line under roller system, external efficient hot stamping process of paper bag, realizing the goal of using 100% recycled white paperboard and kraft paper to process a specialty core material for high-grade gift packaging, decoration, energy-saving appliances, art painting and so on.
